Bistro Nova was founded by Chef Marco Dubois in 2012 with a single mission: serve food that tells a story. From a small 40-seat bistro in the city's arts quarter, we've grown into an award-winning destination.

Every dish that leaves our kitchen reflects years of culinary training, genuine care for produce, and an obsession with balance. We believe food should be honest, seasonal, and always surprising.

Today, our team of 22 passionate professionals turns every table into a stage for exceptional dining.
